Terms of Use for Puremoon Download Station

You shall not use any game software resources provided by Puremoon Download Station to engage in activities that violate the Terms of Service (TOS) of such game software, such as: illegally modifying game resources and materials, using game modification programs, uploading illegal game scores to game servers, etc.; if you conduct or engage in the above activities, leading to any form of disposal by the company owning the game software (such as: account blocking, deduction or freezing of in-game virtual tokens, etc.), Puremoon Download Station shall not bear any liability, and you shall bear all consequences of such acts.
Without permission, you shall not directly reprint or crawl the content of Puremoon Download Station in any form. Any content provided by Puremoon Download Station is prohibited from being directly published or reprinted to any web page, social platform, group chat, etc. other than Puremoon Download Site without oral or written permission. Without permission, you shall not occupy public download resources for a long time. - Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;
- Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigating crimes;
- Insulting or slandering others, or infringing upon others' legitimate rights and interests;
- Containing other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations ("Laws Applicable in Mainland China").
Please note that due to legal regulations, licensing reasons, or other reasons determined by Puremoon Download Station at its discretion, Puremoon Download Station may not be able to provide or support some services and functions within Mainland China. If you accept the above terms, you are deemed to clearly recognize the above content and accept the above facts.
Unless otherwise required by the laws applicable in Mainland China or regulatory authorities, there is no provision or expectation requiring Puremoon Download Site to monitor or record any of your online activities on the website, including communications between you and Puremoon. However, Puremoon reserves the right to monitor and record any online activities conducted on Puremoon Download Station, and you hereby explicitly agree that Puremoon may record all your activities on Puremoon Download Station.

Disclaimer
Puremoon Download Station is not an officially recognized download site for various game software, and therefore cannot make any guarantees regarding the availability and compliance of the resources. The game software provided by Puremoon Download Site is collected from the internet (including but not limited to Google Play Store, TapTap, etc.), without any modifications, and its security has not been verified. You shall identify its potential risks yourself; at the same time, Puremoon has the right to remove resources in accordance with the requirements of game copyright owners and relevant laws and regulations.
Puremoon shall not be liable for any violation of this Agreement by you, your children, or any other user. You agree to indemnify Puremoon against any claims or demands made against Puremoon due to any violation of this Agreement by you or your children, and agree to hold Puremoon harmless against any claims or demands made against you due to any violation of this Agreement by other users.
By using Puremoon's services, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms of Use; you shall be solely responsible for any acts that violate the Terms of Use, and Puremoon shall not bear any related liability. To the extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and the People's Republic of China, Puremoon shall have the final interpretation right of these Terms.
Copyright Protection
Puremoon Download Station accepts Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) infringement notices for copyrighted content.
Puremoon complies with the safe harbor provisions of 17 U.S.C. §512, also known as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). To submit a copyright infringement notice to us, you need to send a written communication that generally includes the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if one notice covers multiple copyrighted works at a single online site, a representative list of such works at that site;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material. Providing URLs in the body of an email is the best way to help us locate content quickly;

Puremoon generally processes complaints within 48 hours of receipt.
If you submit an infringement notice regarding files not stored on Puremoon's servers, please contact the storage service provider. Puremoon has no right to delete files on external servers and therefore may not process copyright infringement notices related to such software.

For the convenience of users, Puremoon may use links to external websites, servers, and their resources. Unless otherwise stated, Puremoon cannot control third-party servers and websites.
Puremoon shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of or reliance on the above-mentioned websites or resources.
Privacy and Security
Puremoon respects and takes reasonable measures to protect your privacy and has formulated a corresponding privacy policy, which constitutes an integral part of this Agreement. If you want to know how we protect your privacy, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Export and International Use
Puremoon Network, to which Puremoon belongs, provides and controls services through facilities located in the Republic of Singapore, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and the United States of America.
Puremoon does not warrant that the services provided or controlled are appropriate or feasible in other countries or regions. Any user using Puremoon in other jurisdictions shall ensure compliance with local laws and regulations on their own, and Puremoon shall not bear any liability for this.
Suspension and Termination of Services
Puremoon reserves the right to delete any content from any location on Puremoon Download Station at its own discretion without prior notice to users.
Puremoon has the right, based on its own considerations, to suspend, discontinue, or terminate the provision of download services for any legitimate reason, including but not limited to policy changes, public opinion impact, server failures, etc.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, these Terms and details shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes and controversies arising from or in connection with this website and these Terms and details shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
In case of any dispute regarding the content of this Agreement or its implementation, the parties shall strive to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, each party may file a lawsuit with the competent court at the place where Puremoon is registered.
The right to interpret and modify these Terms shall belong to Puremoon.
